A big thank you to everyone who came to our public exhibition in Egremont on 3rd April 2025. The event was advertised in local media and an invitation was sent to local residents by post, and we had over 350 people visit over the 4 hour event. It was very useful for the team to meet local people and hear your views about the proposals.

We’d also like to thank everyone who took the trouble to send in your Feedback questionnaires via the website or in the post. The consultation period for these closed on the 13th April. We are working to respond individually to queries raised, and answers to the most commonly asked questions will soon be available on our website.

We will continue to engage with community councils and representatives over the next few months and we hope to hold a second public exhibition later in the year to present a revised proposal for the Cobra Castle Solar Farm.
