Sawmills Solar Farm

Sawmills Solar Farm is located near Dawlish in Devon, England. This project has been operating since Mar 2015. Community benefit funds have been used to build a broaband mast for the community to improve broadband speeds, as well as improvements to the village hall. The project is part of the Belltown Education Programme which runs educational workshops on climate change at local primary schools. Annual surveys are undetaken to support a habitat management plan that supports local species, insects and fauna.
